Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on RoleMapr (Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans). Please read it carefully before making a payment.
1. No Refunds
All payments made for RoleMapr subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- ▸Change of mind after purchase.
- ▸Not using the features included in your plan.
- ▸Finding a job or no longer needing the service before your subscription period ends.
- ▸Dissatisfaction with job listings, match results, or skill-gap analysis.
2. Subscription Duration
Paid plans (Bronze ₹39, Silver ₹59, Gold ₹89) grant access for a rolling 30-day period from the date of successful payment. Plans do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout — your access simply ends at the end of the 30-day period unless you purchase again.
3. Downgrades & Cancellations
Because subscriptions do not auto-renew by default, there is nothing to "cancel" — you simply choose not to purchase again. If auto-renewal is enabled for your account in the future, you will be able to turn it off from Settings before the renewal date; turning it off does not refund the current period.
4. Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge for the same subscription period, or a charge without a corresponding plan upgrade on your account — contact us at admin@rolemapr.in within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email and payment reference. We will investigate and, if a billing error on our part is confirmed, correct it (which may include a refund of the erroneous charge only).
5. Free Plan
The Free plan does not require payment and is not subject to this policy.
